"The concept for Personal Space is about a certain curiosity. Everyone decorates and arranges their homes and rooms differently according to their choices of styles, colors, furniture, and items. When entering into one's atmosphere I am transferred into their world through the arrangement of such things. I am allowed to see in a new way, the way in which they express their lives. Seeing a person's stuff tells much about that individual. The collections, souvenirs, trophies, photographs and the untouched toys are part of the creativity we all have and express. My curiosity wants to see people's "stuff" and explore the home they choose to live in. This project is about the different ways we create and express a living space for ourselves." --from the book jacket
